Does it work with my website platform?
Yes. SiteBrainly reads your pages the same way a visitor's browser does, so it works with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Joomla, Squarespace, Webflow, Laravel, plain HTML and almost anything else. We detect your platform and show you the exact install steps.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You enter your website address, and when the chatbot is ready you paste one line of code into your site. We give you step-by-step instructions for your platform.
How does the chatbot stay up to date?
We re-read your website every week automatically, and you can click “Sync now” at any time after you change your site.
Can I change what the chatbot says?
Yes. You can edit the text of any page, switch pages off, add your own FAQs, or import extra information from a CSV file. Your edits are kept when your site is synced again.
Can it read pages behind a login?
No, we only read public pages. If you have information that isn't on your public site, add it as a FAQ or import it with a CSV file.
What languages does it speak?
Your chatbot replies in the language your visitor writes in. You can also set the default language of the welcome message and widget labels.
What happens when I reach my monthly message limit?
We email you at 80% and 100% of your limit. You can upgrade at any time to keep the conversation going.
Can someone else copy my embed code?
Your widget only works on the domains you allow. Requests from other websites are blocked and are not counted against your messages.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel or change your plan any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan.
